15 November 2020, China signed the world's largest trade pact - R.C.E.P, showing again China's strong commitment to opening its market to foreign investors and building an open world. The set-up of Lingang Special Area, is also regarded as China's important strategic move for its further opening up. As a special area for China's reform and opening up, Lingang aims to build a trade and investment liberalisation and facilitation system in line with international rules.
