The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 26 September 2020, at 9.30 a.m., Metro Room, Level 2, Ascendas Innovation Plaza, 686 Jiujiang Road, Shanghai.
SingCham Shanghai members who wish to attend the meeting IN PERSON, are requested to register their attendance for the meeting.
Members eligible to vote at the election and who act as proxies for other eligible members are reminded to email a scanned copy of the corporate representation and/or proxy form to membership@singcham-shanghai.org by Friday, 25 September 2020, 15:00hrs.
