We are pleased to inform you that the election of the Executive Committee of SingCham Shanghai Chapter for 2020-2022 will be held immediately after the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of SingCham Shanghai on 26 September 2020. Details are as follows:
Date : Saturday, 26 September 2020
Time : 11:30hrs (subject to when the EGM will end)
Venue : Metro Room, Level 2, Ascendas Innovation Plaza, 686 Jiujiang Road, Shanghai
In order to verify member's eligibility to vote, we request all individual and corporate members to update their particulars here before 31 August 2020 at 15:00hrs.* This is to facilitate the Secretariat's uploading of information on the SingCham website. Members who fail to do so before the stipulated deadline shall be deemed ineligible to vote or be nominated.

*Individual members, who are in Singapore, have the rights to vote if they have a valid work permit/residence permit as of 26 Sep 2020. An individual, who is being nominated, must have a work permit/residence permit that is at least valid till 31 Oct 2020.
