Jingdezhen (景德镇), Zhushan District (珠山区) government is extending an invitation to SingCham Shanghai members to visit Jingdezhen to explore investment opportunities on (Tentative Date) Friday, 16 July 2021 & Saturday, 17 July 2021.
Internationally renowned for the quality and craftsmanship of its porcelain, Jingdezhen is widely recognised as China's capital for porcelain-making and has been at the heart of the porcelain industry for over 1,800 years. Jingdezhen was officially identified by the Chinese government and listed as one of 24 Famous Historical and Cultural Cities (中国首批 24 座历史文化名城之一) in 1982. Jingdezhen was granted China's first cultural tourism experimental zone (中国首个文化旅游 类试验区) in 2019 by the State Council of the PRC (中国国务院).
The government aims to build Jingdezhen into an international porcelain capital through cooperation with the international art and cultural community. To enhance competitiveness, the Jingdezhen government has created favourable policies to attract international investors:
- Attractive preferential tax policies for foreign investors
- Fast-track one-stop business registration and account establishment
- Local human resources support services
- Market-entry resources and relevant local business matching
- Customised local investment plans & resources
In addition to customised local investment opportunities through further discussions with local government and businesses, there are currently some specific potential investment opportunities available for consideration:

4. Porcelain Art Investment Project:
- Jingdezhen's 2 most established and respected porcelain artists family - Zhang Songmao family, Xu Yafeng family. (景德镇陶瓷艺术家族—张松茂、徐亚凤家族)

- Corporate hotel rates at RMB550 per room. Bookings to be arranged by Jingdezhen local representative.
- Flight arrangements to be made by individuals. (Return ticket on Ctrip approx. RMB 1400 per return ticket subject to availability and time of booking.)
