This year's theme is "Letters to Home"—from the longing for Grandma to the deep affection for family, friends, and Singapore. At this national birthday celebration, overseas wanderers will come together to mail heartfelt letters back to their homeland.

His Excellency Mr. Peter Tan, Ambassador of Singapore to China, and Mr. Tan Chee King, Consul-General of the Republic of Singapore in Shanghai, will grace this grand event. Together with over 800 distinguished guests from political and business fields, as well as friends from Singapore and China, you will be offered a warm and rare platform for networking.

The rich taste of hometown cuisines, the joyful flow of familiar melodies, the refreshing scent of equatorial bananas and coconuts, the cup of Kopi O downstairs at the HDB block... Let us reminisce together about those cherished moments in life and awaken our shared memories on taste buds. "No matter where my dreams may lead, my lifelong love is only for home."

This night, with chopsticks as pens and laughter as ink, together we sign off on this letter to home, addressed to the deepest corners of our hearts. A special "Post Office", which is an interactive corner and a memory wall, will be on site, inviting you to write a letter and drop it into the red pillar box, or pin up an old photo and leave a note that begins with: "I miss you because...".

This love letter is complete only with your contribution. Bring your family and close friends, turn longing into reunion, and make a distant land an extension of home.

We look forward to meeting you by the Huangpu River and mailing this heartfelt letter home together.

新加坡驻华大使陈海泉先生、驻沪总领事陈子勤先生将莅临本次盛会，与800多位政商界贵宾与新中朋友们相聚，为您献上温暖而难得的交流平台。

家乡美食的浓情蜜意、熟悉旋律的欢快流淌、赤道蕉雨椰风的清香、组屋楼下一杯kopi o…… 让我们一同回忆那些生活片段、唤醒共同的味蕾记忆。"我的梦不论在何方，一生的爱唯有家。"

这一夜，筷箸为笔、欢笑为墨，我们一起落款这封寄往心底最深处的家书。现场特设 "邮局"互动角与记忆墙，邀您亲笔写一封信投入红邮筒，或贴上旧照，留下那句"我想念你因为……"。

这封情书，有您的一笔才完整。携家人与挚友来吧，把思念写成团圆，把异乡写成家的延伸。
