The Singcham Shanghai is honored to announce the inaugural Singapore Log Cake Competition under the framework of "Starlit Nanyang · Winter Encounter". This prestigious event aims to promote Singapore's traditional baking culture while providing an international platform for talented bakers and dessert brands to showcase their creativity.
