Ms. Li Shan is currently President of NCS China. She is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning and business development in China
Being at the forefront of disruptive innovation and transformation change, Shan has brought with her 14 years of consulting experience, serving global 500 client and large regional enterprises. She had architected and led large-scale transformation and consulted to many companies on their journey of digital transformation.
In her current role, Shan oversees the growth of NCS NEXT and NCS China service across existing as well as emerging customers, in financial services, manufacturing, communication, media and high-tech domain. She is responsible for building a thriving, innovation ecosystem with partners and fellow innovator across the growing geographical footprints. Her track record of success in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to implement targeted as well as large-scale change would be an asset to NCS.
Ms. Li Shan graduated from Tsinghua University with a master's degree in electronic engineering.
As an ICT industry veteran, Mr. Qing Wei has been working in mobile communication, information technology and smart devices related business for over 25 years in Asia. His business footprint spans across Mainland China, Singapore and Hong Kong SAR and is specialized in mobile and IT technology product development & management as well as sales & marketing management. His most recent role as Chief Technology Officer in Microsoft China allows him to evangelize Microsoft’s latest technology vision, innovation and digital transformation experiences and learning in Cloud, IoT, Big Data and AI to broader ecosystem partners and industry influencers in China. Mr. Qing Wei is an active public speaker and coach specialized in digital transformation methodology and related technologies.
Before taking the Chief Technology Officer role, Mr. Qing Wei had been working on business and product management roles across Microsoft commercial and consumer product families and as Chief Marketing Officer of Microsoft Consumer Group for over 10 years. He was instrumental in leading the full spectrum of product and brand management efforts for Windows product family in China. Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Qing Wei was working with Motorola in Asia with management responsibilities across product development & management, sales & marketing management as well as digital transformation management for 10 years.
Mr. Qing Wei is also an active public speaker and an enthusiasm technology evangelist. He is the author of the book titled “Transformation of Everything”, which is based on the contents from his technology trainings and public speeches during the past years. From this book, he is trying to elaborate an exciting while challenging future world filled with next generation of technologies. Those technologies and the related social and lifestyle impacts are articulated based on a technology evolution path as “Cloud - Internet of Everything - Big Data - Artificial Intelligence”. The book is also trying to share with the readers of author’s belief and insights on how everyone should develop a growth mind-set and be well prepared with actions for the upcoming era of a world of change-of-everything.
Pascal Hua is the Leading Partner of Deloitte Digital Greater China, and the Executive Committee Member of Deloitte Consulting Greater China. He has 20 years of solid business experience, dedicated in the consulting business, focused on Automotive, Consumer Product and Industrial Product sectors.
Mr. Hua leads Deloitte Digital in Greater China with 700+ practitioners, within which, strategists, technologists, data scientists and creative talents working together to help the clients to Ignite Digital Innovation, improve Digital experience to consumer and leverage Digital to transform the business model. His experience covers different business area, including Digital strategy, Digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM and Data Driven Innovation.
Before Deloitte, Mr. Hua has worked in SAP AG. In his different roles, he has covered solution management, industry management, and client engagement.
Lewis Choi leads the Digital and IT teams for Thermo Fisher In APAC, responsible for various aspects of digital enablement, in support of scientific acceleration and productivity. This organization is made up of various teams that consist of IT, eBusiness, Informatics, Data Science, Digital Automation, and Digital Marketing Professionals. He joined Thermo Fisher in 2012 and has played various roles in Digital Technology Delivery and IT Corporate Solutions, which included work to support an eCommerce site as well as various M&A Initiatives throughout his tenure at the company. Prior to Thermo Fisher, Lewis was a Managing Partner for a CRM Consulting Practice that was focused on Siebel and SFDC related initiatives along with Field Service Mobile Applications. Lewis has over 20 years of experience in a variety of capacities that have been focused on Enterprise Solutions and Transformational Initiatives.
Ms Gu Gong Lei is the General Manager of New Beginnings Management Consulting, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Press Holdings and overseas Group sales and marketing business in China.
She was the Lianhe Zaobao Shanghai and Chongqing correspondent where she reported on China news and wrote feature stories.
Prior to her overseas posting in 2011, Gong Lei was with the local news desk for Lianhe Zaobao and Lianhe Wanbao. In her early days with SPH, she also worked on UWeekly - an entertainment magazine’s revamp and Lianhe Wanbao marketing events.
Jonathan is CEO of Kinesso China and is responsible for leading the team to drive growth for clients through digital transformation. He has worked collaboratively with clients from different disciplines and helped them seize opportunities presented by emerging AdTech and MarTech and avoid risks.
As a seasoned tech & data executive with broad experience in brand and performance marketing, Jonathan has been exploring how to use technologies creatively to improve business performance. He was recognized by Campaign Asia as 40 under 40 and The Most Valuable Professionals for Campaign Tech 2021 for his contribution to championing change and progress in the APAC region, as well as winning Person of the Year with Outstanding Contribution by TopDigital Innovation Awards 2021.
Prior to founding ARO, Ted was Senior Director, Ecommerce with Walmart China where he established the Digital Operations team and led the omnichannel transformation of more than 400 hypermarkets. The digital platforms and social experiences that Ted built and scaled for Walmart and Sam’s Club in China organically acquired over 60 million transacting users in less than two years. They also fundamentally transformed Walmart’s offline and online retail operations and the company’s view on customer relationships. Today the platforms handle approximately USD $7 Billion in retail and membership transactions.
Ted served on both the Walmart-Jingdong.com and the Walmart-Tencent Steering Committees and he led product development, commercialization, and monetization of the digital experiences at the center of those relationships. He was the one of the first foreigners invited to present on China retail technology at a Tencent Open Platform Summit.
Ted has 20 years of international experience at the intersection of marketing, technology, and retail. He has lived and worked in China for more than 15 years. He speaks Mandarin Chinese and holds an International MBA (China Track) from the Darla Moore School of Business. Before standing up Walmart’s omnichannel platforms, Ted launched The Home Depot on Tmall.com and he led ecommerce and digital marketing for Behr Process Corporation in China.

Weichong is the VP Channel of Evereden, a baby skincare company. Most recently, he was the Head of E-Commerce and Digital Strategy of LVMH Asia, he focused on driving e-commerce strategy, operational excellence, digital transformation initiatives as well as group partnership with major digital platforms.
In the past decade, prior to LVMH, Weichong specialized across multiple digital disciplines in technology startups and advertising agencies in Shanghai, Singapore and Silicon Valley, including, as the General Manager of Digital and E-Commerce for Carat China (part of Denstu), prior to LVMH.
Jing Li is currently the Area Director for Eastern China at the Singapore Tourism Board, where she spearheads branding, marketing communications and public relations efforts across China to build brand awareness of Singapore as a choice destination for Chinese travellers and to generate sustainable growth in tourism receipts and visitor arrivals to Singapore. In her time with STB, Jing Li has worked in multiple functions across the agency, from Business Travel and Experience Development to Legislative/ Policy Review and Marketing.
Prior to her role as Area Director for Eastern China at STB, she was the Team Lead for the Industry Division (Manufacturing and Services), where she oversaw policy development for the manufacturing sector and worked closely with the Economic Development Board to attract strategic foreign investments by multi-national corporations.
Olivia Xu, Executive Director, DBS Bank (China) Ltd. As the Global Transaction Services Product and Digital Head, Olivia is in charge of innovation, management and digital transformation of cash management, trade finance products. Prior to DBS, Olivia worked at Citibank for 19 years in New York, London, Singapore and Shanghai, specializing in supply chain finance, working capital solution and execution for multinational corporations. Olivia holds a MBA from New York University and Bachelor’s degree from Jilin University.
George Wang (Wang Xuequan) is the CEO of kr space. Before joining krypton space, Mr. Wang served as the investment partner of Gefei asset real estate fund. He has 18 years of experience in China's commercial real estate industry, and has developed and managed more than 500,000 square meters of large-scale commercial estate. He is one of the development managers in China to independently develop large-scale commercial shopping centers. He was the co-founder of CDG retail (a joint venture business management company between Warburg Pincus and red star Macalline group); Chief financial officer and deputy general manager of GMI, a Chinese joint venture platform company of Simon real estate (the world's largest shopping mall developer).
