
Dr Kelvin Chen is the Founder & CEO of AnyJob AI and AnyHelper. He has a PhD background in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and was a researcher at The University of Texas at Austin, where he worked under Professor Alan C. Bovik, a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering. Kelvin is focused on building Agentic AI systems for proactive talent discovery, recruitment, market mapping, and key-person search across Asia.

Dr. James Ong has 4 decades of industry, venture and academic experience. He founded Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII) in 2017, an AI think thank advocating Sustainable AI for Humanity and an active champion of AI for Humanity as UN SDG 18. He is co-author of AI for Humanity (Wiley) and 人本人工智能 (中国人民大学出版社).
James is also Adjunct Professor at SUTD,Chairman of Program Advisory Committee for Master of AI for Business, School of Business at SUSS and lectures at SMU, NUS and NTU. He is Head of AI and Industry Fellow at Global Fintech Institute (GFI), Senior Fellow at The Conference Board (TCB), CEO of Origami Frontiers and venture partner at Delight Capital.
He is the International Advisor at the renowned World AI Conference (WAIC), Champion of Tech & Innovation Workgroup at SingCham Shanghai and received his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin specializing in AI for Governance.
