Linda Qiao is a Senior International Counsel in the Corporate and Capital Markets Practice Group of Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP. She is based in the Shanghai Representative Office.
Her areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, foreign direct investment, overseas direct investment, employment, and insolvency and restructuring, and she has represented government-linked entities, listed corporations, SMEs, funds and private equity investors in their cross-border transactions in and out of the PRC.
Linda has recently been recognised as one of China’s Elite 50 lawyers at foreign firms by China Business Law Journal in November 2018.
Wu Han specializes in cybersecurity and data compliance, and antitrust and competition law.
Mr. Wu obtains his Bachelor’s degree of Geographic Information System (GIS) from Wuhan University. Mr. Wu holds both Juris Doctor and Master of Law degree from Peking University.
Mr. Wu has extensive experience in providing cybersecurity and data compliance advice to multinational companies’ offices in China in terms of China’s compliance requirements. In addition, Mr. Wu is also experienced in constructing data compliance system in line with the regulations in multi-jurisdictions (such as the EU and the US) for Chinese companies operating in foreign countries.
Mr. Wu is admitted to the PRC bar and his working languages are Chinese and English. Mr. Wu is the only lawyer from Chinese law firms featured as the 40-under-40 Data Lawyers by Global Data Review in 2018.
