郭雪 Sarah
Sarah is a professional trainer and coach with 20 years of work and management experience in industries including air transport, retail, consulting and training for large state-owned enterprises, top foreign enterprises and private enterprises. She has served as sales manager for foreign airline, operations and business director of consulting company and accumulated more than 1,000 cases of customer experience. Sarah is also a TTI-certified DISC and motivation factor analyst as well as an ICF-certified coach. She graduated with a MBA from Bradford University, UK.
郭雪（Sarah）具有20年的工作及管理经验。 她的工作领域包括航空运输，零售，咨询及培训行业，她就职的企业既有大型国有企业， 欧美500强外企，也有民营企业。她曾担任外资航空公司华东区销售经理，咨询公司运营总监及业务负责人。
Sarah在职业生涯中积累了超过1000家以上的客户服务经验，她对企业及行业高度的商业敏感度及洞察使她总能准确把握客户的业务瓶颈和挑战，对人的关注让她迅速与学员和客户建立起亲和与信任的合作关系。
Sarah目前是职业讲师和教练。其培训领域包括沟通技巧， 压力情绪管理及教练技术。Sarah是TTI认证的DISC和激励因子分析师， 也是ICF认证教练， 其教练领域包括经理人绩效提升， 人际沟通， 职场发展等。 Sarah拥有英国Bradford大学MBA学位。
