Dr. Mingqiang Xu is presently the CTO of the Microsoft One Commercial Partner organization, being responsible for the partners’solution building/planning. His team is focusing on providing architectural support for solutions in areas of modern workplace, data and AI, business applications and cloud infrastructure and applications.
In the year of 2016 and 2017, Dr. Xu Mingqiang was the CTO, Microsoft GCR. He is responsible for the business vision and strategy development and his team is focusing on driving the digital transformation for companies of all sizes in the Greater China Region.
In the year of 2015 and 2016, Dr. Xu was the General Manager of Microsoft Azure Group, Microsoft China, who oversaw Microsoft Azure business in China. At that time he worked with his team to provide solutions for local and multinational enterprises to transform towards the Internet, and accumulated rich experiences in big data, Internet, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and mobile Internet application.
Dr. Xu Mingqiang joined Microsoft High-Performance Computing (HPC) team in the US at its inception in 2004 and program-managed a global team spanning Redmond and Shanghai to accomplish the development of Windows Compute Cluster 2003 and Window HPC Server 2008. In 2008, Dr. Xu Mingqiang returned to Shanghai and acted as Principal Architect, to lead China HPC team in building deep expertise around parallel computing runtime system, programming pattern, design and development of management and user portal.
Before joining Microsoft, Dr. Xu Mingqiang served as Principal Architect of Platform Computing, the leading cluster computing software vendor, between 1996 and 2004. From 1993 and 1995, Dr. Mingqiang Xu was concentrate on parallel language compilation and support system research, and pursued his post doctorate studies at the Argonne National Laboratory.
Dr. Mingqiang Xu holds a PhD degree of Computer Science from University of Exeter, United Kingdom. In addition, he used to act as Research Assistant in University of Manchester.

2016-2017年，徐明强博士是微软大中华地区首席技术官，负责微软产品和服务在大中华地区的业务愿景和策略。徐明强博士团队侧重帮助大中华地区的企业完成数字化转型。
2015-2016年， 徐明强博士是微软（中国）有限公司 中国区公有云事业部总经理，负责Microsoft Azure在中国的业务。徐明强的团队侧重=为中国和跨国企业提供互联网转型的解决方案，具有丰富的大数据、互联网、云计算、人工智能和移动互联应用的经验。
2004年，徐明强博士加入当时成立不久的微软高性能计算（HPC）团队，带领了一个跨国团队（雷德蒙和上海）完成Windows Compute Cluster 2003和Window HPC Server 2008的开发工作。2008年徐明强博士回到上海，作为首席架构师，领导高性能云计算中国研发团队团队，负责并行计算运行时系统、编程模式、管理和用户门户系统的设计和开发。

Dongliang Guo
Head of Data Intelligence at Alibaba Cloud InternationalDongliang Guo has been focusing on data intelligence for 20 years with different roles in R&D, consulting and sales. Previously he worked for Oracle and Microsoft in both China and Australia helping customers build big data and AI systems on cloud or prem. His current role is head of Data Intelligence in Alibaba Cloud International responsible for Database, Analytics and AI product growth in global market. Personally, he is a developer and tech lover, always excited about exploring new possibilities with data and AI.

Dr.Liao Ming is VP of Data Science at BCG. He is also the adjunct professor of business and economics at NYU (Shanghai), and a senior supervisor at the Center for Business Research and Education. His main teaching and research areas include data science, artificial intelligence, fintech, marketing and advertising. He holds a Ph.D. from Duke University in the United States, and his research direction is machine learning and Bayesian models. He also holds a master's degree from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and his research direction is computer vision and artificial intelligence. Liao Ming is also an investor and business mentor, helping entrepreneurs and companies grow rapidly. He has extensive experience in IT, FMCG, luxury, retail, travel, automotive, pharmaceutical and financial industries. He is a highly recognized expert in the industry, and has given keynote speeches and lectures at industry conferences and well-known business schools many times. Before joining NYU, he served as Chief Digital Officer of Huawei Consumer Business Group, General Manager of Facebook Marketing Science Asia Pacific, and a senior management position at Unilever.

Before Google, Di worked as Head of Legal and Business Development - APAC for GoPro and Managing Associate in King & Wood Mallesons. Di graduated from SISU Law School and received his Masters of Laws in Stanford Law School. Di also acts as Chair of Legal Committee in AmCham Shanghai.

Viktar Fedaseyeu (Dr.)
Associate Professor of Finance at CEIBSDr. Viktar Fedaseyeu is an Associate Professor of Finance at CEIBS. Prior to joining CEIBS, he was an Assistant Professor in Finance Department at Bocconi University. Since 2012, Dr. Fedaseyeu has also served as a visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
Dr. Viktar Fedaseyeu’s research interests are in the areas of corporate finance, political economy, and consumer finance. His most recent work studies the intended and unintended consequences of firms’ interactions with the political system as well as the determinants of corporate political participation. Prof. Fedaseyeu’s research has been featured in highly influential international media outlets such as the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Boston Globe and the Harvard Business Review and has been published in major international scientific journals such as the Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, Management Science, and Journal of Corporate Finance.
Dr. Viktar Fedaseyeu’s teaching interests include corporate finance and financial markets. While at Bocconi University, he was a two-time recipient of the Teaching Excellence Award. He received his PhD in Finance from Boston College and his B.S. in Economics from Belarus State Economic University.

Dr. James Ong is an entrepreneur and community builder who has incubated, invested and mentored various technology start-ups and he is actively involved in the tech ecosystem in Asia and US. He founded Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII), a think tank advocating Sustainable AI for Humanity and is co-author of “AI for Humanity: Building A Sustainable AI for the Future” (ISBN: 9781394180301), to be published by Wiley. He also co-founded Tech4SDG Alliance for Asia and serves as Singapore secretary general and head the Innovation and Technology Working Group of Singapore Chamber of Commerce Shanghai Chapter.
James is also adjunct professor, industry advisor (strategy and ecosystem) AI Mega Centre and mentor-in-residence at SUTD and serves as mentor for NUS, NTU, A*STAR and Lean Launchpad program. James has over 35 years of experience in the enterprise technology, digital transformation and venture building in Asia, US and Europe across multiple industry verticals. He is currently the founder and CEO of Origami that builds ventures with frontier technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Web3, Metaverse and Enterprise Software.
James started his career as an AI scientist at leading US MCC research lab on advanced AI Fifth Generation Computer research and was with Trilogy, an AI pioneer and enterprise software startup. He received his PhD in Management Information System specializing in AI for Organizational Governance and Business Process Automation and MA & BA in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
