We are pleased to announce that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SingCham Shanghai will be held on Sunday, 19 October 2025.
中国新加坡商会·上海2025年度会员大会（AGM）将于2025年10月19日（星期日）举行。我们诚挚邀请全体会员莅临参会。
Please note that only members with voting rights are eligible to vote.
请注意，仅具备投票权的会员可参与大会表决。
Corporate members appointing a representative who is neither the registered contact nor the legal representative must email a scanned copy of the Corporate Representation Form to the above address by 12:00 hrs on Saturday, 18 October 2025, and present the hard copy during registration on the day of the AGM.
公司会员如委派非注册联系人或非法定代表人出席会议，请于2025年10月18日中午12:00前将《公司代表授权书》扫描件发送至 membership@singcham-shanghai.org，并于会议当天注册时出示原件。
Individual members may appoint one proxy (must also be a member) to attend and vote on their behalf.
个人会员可委托一名代理人（须为本会会员）代为出席并投票。
Each individual member has one (1) vote; each corporate member has three (3) votes.
每位个人会员享有一（1）票投票权；每位公司会员享有三（3）票投票权。
